Jordan announced on Friday afternoon that Christijan Albers would test an EJ14 at Silverstone in September.
The Dutchman has been on the Formula One fringe for a number of years having tested for Minardi on multiple occasions.
Since parting company the tiny Italian outfit Albers has taken up a post in the German DTM series and currently leads the championship.
If successful on September 15 he could land a race seat with Jordan for the 2005 season.
Albers, like Jos Verstappen, is personally sponsored by Trust who also partner the British squad.
