(GMM -- Dec.6) 'Supremo' Bernie Ecclestone will imminently learn just how tight his iron grip on Formula One is likely to be in the future.
The High Court in London is set to rule on whether a widely reported challenge of three F1-owning banks has been successful.
An adverse (for Ecclestone) ruling could herald a 'new era of compromise and financial transparency' in the sport, the UK's 'The Times' newspaper reported.
But even if the judge is sympathetic to Bernie's defence, the battle 'will (then) require a trial hearing,' another British newspaper - 'The Guardian' - continued to explain.
