In Al Manama (GMM) Sir Jackie Stewart may not be BRDC president for much longer.
It's reported in Autosport that the Scot, a former triple world champion, was asked to resign in a special General Meeting at Silverstone, which is owned by the Club.
He refused, but - struggling for member support - a subsequent meeting may leave him no choice.
Previously, in the political struggle, chairman and Stewart foe Ray Bellm was ousted.
