(GMM) Former F1 racer Giorgio Pantano will take a step back to 'GP2' in 2005.
The Italian, with teammate - and BAR young driver - Adam Carroll, has signed to contest the fledgling F1 support-category for Super Nova.
Pantano, 26, drove fourteen grands prix for Jordan last year, before sponsor trouble opened the door for Timo Glock.
''GP2 is somewhere you can go to show you are good enough,'' Padova-born Giorgio said recently.
