
(GMM) F1's new owner 'CVC' has snapped up another element of the grand prix empire -- Paddy McNally's trackside advertising company Allsport.
The company also runs the 'Paddock Club', and McNally is to remain as Allsport's CEO; pending the deal's approval by the European Commission.
