Apr.21 (GMM) As speculation mounts that David Richards' 'Prodrive' company has been granted the final spot in F1's 2008 pitlane, Paul Stoddart confirmed that his Minardi entry was officially rejected by the FIA.
He told 'Reuters' that he received a letter to that effect this week, but a spokesman for the governing body refused to confirm that Richards was the victor.
Official notice is due next Friday.
