STR set to struggle
Admit the team's drivers

(GMM) Toro Rosso is likely to struggle at the weekend's Spanish grand prix, its racers have warned.

Californian rookie Scott Speed told 'Speed TV' that the rapid Circuit de Catalunya may pose a problem for the Faenza team's package.

Even though close rivals have bemoaned STR's alleged engine advantage, Speed said: ''You need a good engine (there) and I think we're going to struggle.''

He also noted: ''Our pit stops are a place where we are lacking a lot.''

Teammate Vitantonio Liuzzi agrees that Barcelona, scene of so much private testing, is hardly likely to suit a less established team.

The Italian added: ''Qualifying pace is most of the game (and) we struggle.''

Meanwhile, Williams' Nico Rosberg has confessed that the Spanish venue is not a favourite of the Grove squad.

''But I think we can go there and carry on what we've been doing this season,'' the German told his column for Castrol.
