
Race Leader Kimi Raikkonen has pitted on Lap 10 of the German Grand Prix, indicating the Finn is running 3 stops.
A strong Start by Raikkonen retained the lead from Michael Schumacher. Ralf Schumacher and David Coulthard collided at the hairpin, pitching the Red Bull into the air but the Scott was able to continue after landing on his wheels. Nico Rosberg dropped his Williams into the gravel and ended up in the wall on the entrance of the stadium section.
Pedro De La Rosa has also been forced to retire after a mechanical failure which could lead to concerns for the McLaren team over Raikkonen’s leading car.
Scott Speed has made up a lot of ground following yesterdays shut having already made it up from P19 to P13.
