Conway and Priaulx take Macau
Britons to the fore

Mike Conway, British F3 champion, confirmed his credentials with victory in the prestigious Macau F3 race on Sunday.

Conway started seventh on the grid but was soon in the lead as Kamui Kobayashi and Marko Asmer collided with Paul di Resta, the latter spinning on track as the former pair went down the escape road.

A safety car period followed, after which Conway upped his pace to score an unchallenged win by just over a second from Richard Antinucci.

German hot-shot Adrian Sutil came in third, while pre-race favourite for many, Sebastian Vettel, finished well down the field, a lap behind.

On the same bill Andy Priaulx retained the World Touring Car Championship with a win in the first race, followed by a hard fought fifth in the second. Jorg Muller was victorious in race two.
