Williams' difficult Barcelona test took a turn for the worse this morning when Nico Rosberg endured a crash that wrecked his FW29.
Rosberg was taken to the medical centre following the heavy accident early this morning, and then to a nearby hospital for further checks. Although the driver appeared to be unhurt the car itself looked at least partly destroyed.
Williams test got off to a bad start on Monday when Kazuki Nakajima had a significant accident that forced the team to fly new parts in from the UK.
At the moment it is unknown whether Williams will be able to continue with their programme today, and indeed whether they will be able to run tomorrow, an extra day added following yesterdays bad weather.
UpdateSport will bring you further news in due course.
