A number of publications in recent days have reported that the format for Formula One engine regulations from 2010 onwards has been unanimously agreed upon by all manufacturers, and that a letter indicating such sent to Bernie Ecclestone, among others.
UpdateF1 have learned that this is not the case –no agreement, unanimous or otherwise, has been reached.
We understand that a meeting of the Formula One Manufacturer Advisory Committee, in recent weeks, saw progress being made on the subject, but that there is still much to be discussed before any agreement can be reached.
UpdateF1 will keep you informed as to developments on the matter without resorting to uncorroborated rumour. UpdateF1 – keep updated!
