Jul.24 (GMM) Timo Glock on Thursday reported no ill-effects after making his return to the Toyota cockpit at the Jerez test in Spain.
The 26-year-old race driver spent last Sunday night in hospital following a huge backwards crash in the middle of the German grand prix.
"The main thing is that I've made a full recovery and I feel fine," Glock, the reigning GP2 champion and a German, said in a statement issued by his team Toyota.
Glock's programme was only cut short at the end of the day when his TF108 broke down with a fuel system issue.
