Apology on behalf of Updatef1
Technical problems

UpdateF1 would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the lack of coverage of the European Grand Prix and the unavailability of the website for the last 24 hours.

The problem was of a technical nature beyond the control of the editorial staff, and has now been rectified.

This is the firsttime in my tenure as Editor that a race has been missed entirely, and I can only say - partly tongue in cheek - that we chose the right one!

A full race report will appear later today, and normal service will be resumed as soon as the backlog has been dealt with.

Thank you all for staying with Updatef1, apart from Graham Dugas who queationed, again, whether this was the 'beginning of the end', and rest assured we will be doing all we can to make sure that theproblem does not re-occur.

Regards
Steve
The Editor
