Ferrari, McLaren, to use KERS at Monaco
Renault and BMW will not

May 14 (GMM) Even the lack of straights on Monaco's F1 layout has not convinced Ferrari and McLaren to drop their respective KERS systems for the Principality's famous grand prix next weekend.

Renault and BMW, on the other hand, have decided against fitting the energy recovery technology to their cars on the twisty confines of the street circuit.

"I would like to see the simulation (showing) that in Monaco you are faster with KERS," Renault's Pat Symonds is quoted as saying by Germany's Auto Motor und Sport.
