Dario Franchitti has qualifying on pole for the IndyCar Series race in Texas. Franchitti posted a fastest lap of 214.513mph to clinch his first pole since returning to the series. The 2007 champion is joined on the front row by Penke's Ryan Briscoe. Scott Dixon and Helio Castroneves complete a Ganassi/Penske lock-out of the front of the grid.
