Jun.15 (GMM) F1's political crisis has intensified yet further, as major formula one teams accuse the governing FIA of improper behaviour.
Sunday's Corriere della Sera newspaper in Italy said the teams association FOTA, comprising every team except Williams and Force India, wrote a letter complaining about FIA president Max Mosley's race representative Alan Donnelly.
The FOTA letter said it was inappropriate for Donnelly, also head of the three race stewards, to actively seek the FOTA members to abandon their stance and sign up for the 2010 world championship in Turkey two weeks ago.
The FIA did not respond to the report.
Corriere della Sera also carried a story claiming that N.Technology, believed to be closely allied with Ferrari, is upset that its application to set up a F1 team next year was rejected by the FIA.
Team head Mauro Sipsz was quoted as denying the FIA's claim that the outfit missed deadlines for submitting financial and technical details during the due diligence process, and that they feel "pawns" in the body's fight with the existing teams.
FOTA did not comment on the FIA's claim on Monday that an "element" of the teams' alliance is determined to see fail recent efforts to resolve the crisis.
