Aug.29 (GMM) Mark Webber was reprimanded but not materially penalised for holding up a competitor during qualifying at Spa-Francorchamps on Saturday afternoon.
Stewards at the Belgian venue said the Red Bull driver breached the rules by impeding another driver during the initial Q1 session.
