Pastor Maldonardo has been given a double penalty for the Italian Grand prix after his antics in Belgium.
He is punished for a jump start, in which he admitted in a televison interview that his hand slipped of the clutch, he was then invlolved in the startline crash dropping him to the back of the field, where he collided into the Marussia of Timo Glock ending his race.
Both incidents have been punished with a five place grid penalty.
